Yohan Mark is passionate about music - composition, playing and performing. His special talent was first obvious at the age of four when he began to play and compose the music on the piano. He has trained under some of the most distinguished music professors in the Northwest. Yohan has also dabbled with guitar, drums and other "plugged-in" instruments. And of course, Yohan has been a singer all his life.
His first professional, in-studio recording was done at only seven years of age. Yohan took six years of music lessons as a teenager - from classical piano, to vocal lessons, to ear training, theory and composition. He was in his school orchestra for three years playing saxophone and percussion instruments. And varsity choir selected him to represent the district in state solo competitions. His love for and experience with music is launching him into a bright and promising future.
To Yohan, performing is second nature. He loves the stage and has had the honor of being on it most of his life. In addition to musical performance, Yohan has both choreographed and danced in several major productions and events.
Yohan is a born again Christian. He asked Jesus into his heart at the tender age of five. He believes Jesus is the only way to the Father and that the Bible is the infallible Word of God. His goal is to spend his life standing for, singing of and dancing to communicate this truth -- the Truth.
Yohan is devoted and committed to building his local church, Church of the Harvest, in Boise, Idaho. When the doors are open - he is there! Yohan is heavily involved in the young adult and youth ministries there. He is the Children's Director and oversees the operations of all the departments ministering to ages 0-6th grade. This includes the writing and production of Christmas programs, Day Camps, VBS programs and other large-scale events for the young. He believes all Christians should be planted in a local church.
